Who are you and what do you do?

My name is Chris Dillon and I am a real estate investor who helps people all over the Atlanta area who need to sell their homes quickly. I work with a network of other real estate buyers in the Atlanta area who can help solve your real estate problems. I can buy your property on terms that meet your needs so you can move on quickly. I am not a real estate agent, and there are no fees or commissions for my services.

How would you work with me as a client?

I would schedule an initial meeting with you to go over the specifics of your situation, discussing your motivation for selling, and your desires regarding the property. I will analyze your situation and suggest various ways that I can help. It will be your decision to use my services or not. You will not be asked to make any commitments or sign anything during this initial meeting.

Can you help if I am already in foreclosure?

I specialize in working with clients who are in foreclosure. If you are in foreclosure, you must act quickly. Georgia laws require that the foreclosure process move very quickly, and there are often only a few weeks during which foreclosure can be stopped. There are a number of ways that foreclosure can be stopped before it seriously damages your credit. I can help you understand your options and put together a plan to avoid foreclosure and put your problems behind you.

What if I owe more on my house than it is worth?

In this situation, I can generally negotiate with your lender to execute what is known as a "short-sale". Under a short-sale agreement, the bank will accept less than the current loan balance as payment in full for the debt. This sort of sale is very advantageous to you as a seller because I can usually manage the entire process process for you and negotiate a with the lender quickly.
